These terms govern purchases from and use of the Alpha Gym Gear website. Please read them together with our Payment, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Privacy and Product Warranty policies.

2. Placing an Order

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and have authority to use your chosen payment method.

Review the products, quantities, specifications and total price before submitting an order.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We will confirm acceptance of your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment due.

3. Product Information

Product listings describe the specific item offered. Check dimensions, weight limits, power requirements, intended use and included accessories before purchasing.

Accessories, weights or other items shown for illustration are included only where expressly listed. Screen settings may affect how colours appear.

If a specification is unclear or you need equipment for a particular purpose, contact us before ordering.

We will not substitute a product or materially change an accepted order without your agreement.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are quoted in ZAR. The total payable and applicable charges are disclosed before purchase.

Payment and dispatch arrangements are described in our Payment Policy.

If we identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you about the issue and available options, subject to applicable law.

5. Availability

Availability may change. If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will notify you and arrange a refund or an alternative you expressly accept.

We will communicate any agreed special-order lead time before you commit to the purchase.

6. Shipping and Collection

Delivery within South Africa is free. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after cleared payment, with estimated delivery of 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Risk in delivered goods passes in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not transfer responsibility for courier loss to you before delivery where the law makes us responsible.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides a 30-calendar-day change-of-mind return period, subject to its conditions.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to statutory deadlines.

Eligible online purchases may also qualify for statutory cooling-off rights. Nothing in our policies limits those rights.

To cancel an order, contact us promptly. If dispatch has already occurred, return arrangements may be necessary.

8. Warranties

Warranty coverage depends on the product and any expressly stated manufacturer warranty. Our Product Warranty Policy explains the claim process.

Manufacturer warranty terms do not replace your rights against Alpha Gym Gear under applicable consumer law.

9. Assembly and Safe Use

Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, maintenance and operating instructions. Observe weight limits and use equipment only for its stated purpose.

Assembly and installation services are included only where expressly agreed. Stop using equipment that appears damaged, unstable or unsafe and contact us.

10. Website Use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or submit fraudulent orders.

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce it commercially without appropriate permission.

11. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts a remedy where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, we do not exclude responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, unsafe or defective products, or other matters where applicable law prevents such exclusion.

13. Complaints and Governing Law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.

These terms are governed by South African law. You retain the right to approach a competent consumer authority, regulator or court.

14. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
