1. Delivery Areas and Charges

Alpha Gym Gear delivers throughout South Africa.

Shipping is free for orders delivered within South Africa. No standard delivery charge is added at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

Processing includes preparing, packing and arranging dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

The estimated total time from cleared payment to delivery is therefore 4–9 business days.

These are estimated timeframes. Courier disruptions, severe weather, access difficulties and public holidays may affect delivery. We will communicate material delays when we become aware of them.

4. Tracking

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched and the courier has issued the tracking information.

5. Collection

Please call +27 81 036 3841 before visiting and wait for confirmation that your order is ready. We will confirm collection times and any requirements when arranging collection.

6. Delivery Access and Heavy Equipment

Please provide a complete delivery address, postal code and contact number.

For large or heavy equipment, tell us about stairs, narrow entrances, restricted access or unloading difficulties before dispatch so arrangements can be confirmed.

Assembly, installation and positioning inside a building are included only where expressly stated in your order or separately agreed.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

Contact us promptly if your delivery details are incorrect. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If delivery is unsuccessful, we will assist with further arrangements. Any additional cost resulting from an incorrect address or missed delivery will be explained and agreed before being incurred, subject to applicable law.

8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery where reasonably possible and report damaged, incorrect or missing items as soon as reasonably possible.

Provide your order number, a description and photographs where available. Retain the packaging where practical while we investigate.

These requests do not limit your statutory rights.

9. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update.

If we cannot fulfil the order, we will explain the available resolution, including a refund where applicable. Your legal rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
